How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches out to Humanfollows Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what you can expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Humanfollows Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Humanfollows Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Send an email to contact@humanfollows.garden with:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write to Us
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
